Prospective residents are usually put in touch with SGH via the local authority as a direct referral.  Other ways may be through a choice based lettings portal where you can bid for one of our properties online. 

When you move in you will be given a welcome pack which includes your tenancy handbook  a copy of your tenancy  and property compliance documents.  This will provide you with information about  your tenant responsibilities, our landlord obligations, how to pay your rent, raise a repair and more.

 We believe that housing isn't just about shelter but is more about about offering individuals safety, stability, and the chance to create a genuine home—a place where you can rebuild your life, dream, and thrive.

There are number of ways you can move on from SGH.  You can swap your tenancy through mutual exchange or surrender your tenancy.  You may want to give up your tenancy because you have found alternative accommodation. What ever your situation why not talk you us about your housing options.
