PAYING YOUR RENT

 You will find your rent account number on the top of your rent statement.  Although you may be in receipt of full benefit there may be instances where you will be responsible for paying some of your rent directly to St George Housing .  This may be a result of: 

• not being in receipt of full housing benefit or universal credit because you have found work
• have reduced benefit because you are paying back a benefit overpayment, fine or have some other third party deduction
• are in rent arrears

 Please request a direct debit form by contacting our office on  01253228944 and press option 2. 

Once you have registered for you Arthur Tenant Online account you will be able to view your rent statement  and pay your rent online. You can log on to your Arthur Online account here.

 Call our contact centre on  01253228944 and press option 2  to pay your rent or set up a direct debit or standing order. 

 You will need to contact your bank to set up a standing order.  Please contact us on 01253 228 944 and press option 2 to obtain our bank details.
