Alice is a driven Chartered Governance and Compliance Professional with, LLB law degree, masters in corporate governance and is a ICSA qualified Chartered Company Secretary. As a senior governance lead, Alice has many years of experience working in a regulated environment within a number of registered housing associations. Alice started in housing as a welfare benefits advisor, working in income collection and rents in a large G15 RP. She has gained wide breath of knowledge of both the operational and strategic aspects of delivering a housing association and will channel her expertise into developing SGH to be a well governed housing association.
Somaya is a qualified ACCA chartered accountant who has gained expertise in supporting start up companies achieve long term growth. Somaya is an accomplished and results oriented professional with many years experience in financial analysis, financial accounting and management accounting. She is highly skilled in increasing productivity through detailed cost analysis. Somaya skills and expertise are invaluable in supporting SGH during its first phase of development.
Toks is a highly skilled ACCA Chartered Accountant has a worked across a number of large private sector companies. He has gained years of experience Business and Finance Analyst and various consultancy roles in accounting and taxation. Toks specialism is in financial planning · project accounting · Financial statement analysis · Financial Reporting. At SGH, Toks is instrumental in supporting the Associations growth and future income management strategy in line with our business plans.
Monty is a seasoned property and housing professional who boasts a wealth of knowledge in portfolio and asset management, project oversight, housing repairs, tackling anti-social behavior, and crafting tailored supported housing solutions. He has years of experience in dealing with a number of private sector clients, housing associations and care providers.
With extensive experience in both the property and housing sectors, he has a comprehensive understanding of operational and strategic aspects of housing management, his experience will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the efficient operation and upkeep of the SGH portfolio. Monty has overall responsibility for compliance with the Consumer Standards and is our designated Health and Safety lead.
Mario is a multi lingual qualified commercial lawyer and with a track portfolio of professional services clients. As a commercial lawyer Mario gained experience in dispute resolution and developing competitive strategies that add value. His area of expertise covers a range of specialisms including labour and employment law, competition law , regulatory compliance , corporate law and recruitment in the legal sector. At SGH, Mario will support the association by providing Board support and Co sec services.
